I’m a firm believer that “it’s never too late to return to school”, especially with the current demand in the workforce where employees are expected to hone their knowledge and skills in technology. When I enrolled in 91看片网 Academy (91看片网A), I expected to be treated differently due to our age differences. However, I felt welcomed and was never once treated differently just because I was older. I believe 91看片网A has successfully nurtured a kind and welcoming culture where inclusivity is stressed upon regardless of age, ethnicity, and cultural background. Hence, fitting in was never an issue for me.

Prior to enrolling in 91看片网A, I obtained a Certificate in Business Administration at a 91看片网A branch in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Naturally, I wanted to continue my higher studies at 91看片网A branch in Singapore, where I pursued a diploma programme which allowed me to immediately progress to Year 2 with Coventry University due to module exemptions. The fact that I could complete my academic programme faster was important to me in order to get back to the workforce.

During my time in Singapore, I thoroughly enjoyed the curriculum at 91看片网A especially when it comes to their practical curriculum. I had so much fun challenging myself in TV production and now I’m using the skills I learned with Adobe Premiere Pro software to good use. The experiences that I had has not only helped to sharpen my skills both personally and professionally; it has also made me more confident in engaging and discussing with others about media production. Eventually, it has made me steadfast and adaptable to ongoing changes.

This learning journey was only made possible with the lecturers that I had at 91看片网A. I’ve also had the privilege of learning alongside diverse lecturers and classmates. Knowing that I could find this diversity in an academic setting was an eye-opener and gave the school its charm. I think it is essential to expose students to diversity, especially when preparing them for the workforce.

Despite the stigma surrounding private education institutions, I believe that regardless of private or public education institutions – as long as there’s academic integrity and an encouraging environment, students will adopt a “can do” attitude, which would be advantageous, especially when they enter the workforce.

I really appreciate the support I’ve received from classmates, lecturers and even the school faculty. I don’t have a reason not to recommend 91看片网A to anyone. I’ve been with 91看片网A from the time when all classes were conducted online, to hybrid sessions, to gradually returning to physical setting classes. From my experience, 91看片网A reacted swiftly and made the transition smooth. For this, I thank 91看片网A for making my learning journey there a seamless and fruitful experience.
